Our Arabic Language Programmes are designed to provide learners with a structured and progressive pathway to mastery of Modern Arabic. Whether beginning with no prior knowledge or aiming for advanced fluency, the curriculum equips students with the linguistic competence required for academic, professional, and cultural engagement.

The programmes follow a comprehensive four-level structure, with each level comprising one semester (six months). It is aligned with international proficiency standards and organized into three sequential qualifications:

  1. Foundational Certificate in Modern Standard Arabic Language & Translation (Levels A1–A2)

Designed for beginners, this stage introduces the essential skills of reading, writing, listening, and speaking. It builds a solid foundation in grammar, vocabulary, and basic communication.

2. Diploma in Modern Standard Arabic Language & Translation (Levels B1–B2)

Admission requires successful completion of the Foundational Certificate. The Diploma stage develops learners’ proficiency to an intermediate level, strengthening fluency, comprehension, and expressive ability in both academic and everyday contexts.

3. Advanced Diploma in Modern Standard Arabic Language & Translation (Levels C1–C2)

Admission requires successful completion of the Diploma. This stage refines language mastery to an advanced level, enabling learners to engage confidently with complex texts, academic discourse, and professional communication at a near-native standard.

Each qualification is systematically designed to ensure smooth progression, fostering well-rounded linguistic skills and a deep understanding of Modern Arabic.

About Foundational Certificate in Modern Standard Arabic Language and Translation (Levels A1–A2)

Foundational Certificate in Modern Standard Arabic Language and Translation Course is designed for those who want to learn Arabic Language from the foundational phase to the intermediate point to read, understand, write & speak the Arabic Language.

This programme includes Text with Applied Grammar and syntax (Practical Grammar), Vocabulary, Grammar and Syntax (Nahw and Sarf), Reading Comprehension, Writing Skills, Conversation Practice and Language Translation.

This programme will be beneficial for job seekers in Arabic Language & Translation, business purposes as well as for academic objectives.

This programme will connect you to a language which is rich in expressing the emotions and intelligence of mankind in vocabulary, literature and theology. It’s a key to the treasure of vast knowledge, divine knowledge as well as many sciences.

Arabic is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world, with an estimated 373 million people speaking it as their first language in 22 countries.

Beyond the Arab world, Arabic speaking communities have significant presence in various countries such as Turkey, Iran and parts of Central Asia.

Arabic is also learned as a second language by millions of people worldwide, as Arabic is the language of the Noble Qur’aan, and learning the Arabic Language is essential for reading and understanding the Holy Qur’aan and performing religious rituals.

It is also one of the six official languages of the UNO and hence World Arabic Day is celebrated on 18th December by UNO. 

Syllabus

(A) Text and Applied Grammar
This part includes lectures on practical grammar and syntax. It aims to impart an idea on how to use Arabic grammar and syntax precisely.

(B) Grammar and Syntax (Nahw and Sarf)

(1) حروف الهجاء، والحروف الشمسية والحروف القمرية، والحركات، والتنوين والسكون، والشدة، والمدة (2) الكلمة وأقسامها (3) المذكر والمؤنث (4) النكرة والمعرفة (5) المفرد والمثنى والجمع (6) أسماء الإشارة (7) الضمائر المنفصلة والضمائر المتصلة (8) المضاف والمضاف إليه (9) النعت والمنعوت (10) حروف الجر (11) الجملة الإسمية (12) الجملة الفعلية (13) تصريف الفعل الماضي (14) تصريف الفعل المضارع (15) ما و لا للنفي (16) تصريف فعل الأمر (17) تصريف فعل النهي (18) كان وليس.

📌 Students may select any 2 days of the week and any 1-hour slot (within the above timings) in the enrollment form.
